Laura is a perinatal mental health specialist at Green Valley Therapy and the creator of Willow & Main. She supports women through infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, and early parenthood, with a particular interest in the identity and relationship changes that can come with motherhood.
Her work is grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration. Laura’s passion is making room for the experiences women often carry quietly—and helping them feel less alone. In Motherhood and Self, she brings that same warm, honest approach to exploring who you are alongside being a mother.
